HMCS – FEES APPLIED FOR THE EXECUTION OF A DISTRESS WARRANT

Administration fee – compliance stage (note 1) £65.00

Attendance fee – (note 2) £170.00

1. The administration fee is applied to every warrant

2. The attendance fee is applied if we have to attend your address

For removal of a motor vehicle £120.00

For removal of a commercial vehicle (large van) £150.00

For removal of a heavy goods vehicle £200.00

For storage of vehicle prior to sale or redemption £15.00 per day

For storage of non-vehicle items £6.00 per day

For delivery of a vehicle to the auctioneer if necessary £60.00

Auctioneer’s costs – a percentage of the sale value, being 15%

Charge for the administration and expense of a

dishonoured cheque £25.00

For payment of the full amount by credit card – a

percentage of the total sum, being 3%

For payment of the full amount by debit card – per transaction £1.00
